Kelly's first love is education for both horse and rider, and thoroughly believes that education is the only way to progress towards one's goals. She has made it apart of her business to continiously provide top class education to all those who seek it. 

 

Since 2008, Kelly has professionally organized clinics, camps and symposiums with some of the best trainers, judges and coaches in dressage and eventing worlds. Notably she has organized: Edward Gal, Shannon Peters, Christoph Hess, William Fox-Pitt, JJ Tate, Mary King, Ulf Moeller, Rober Dover, Debbie McDonald and Jacquie Brooks. Many of whom return annually to be exclusively organized by Team EnGaged.  

 

She has also developed and headed tours, in addition to helping facilities, non-profits and other riders gain accessable education for everyone.
